Introduction
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to the competition’s terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Yonder Technology Ltd (”Yonder”).
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to UK-based entrants over 18 years of age. Yonder employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. Entrants should be aware that the majority of prizes can only be used in London. Entries are limited to one per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
The Prize
The prizes will consist of:A hotel stay for 2 with Mr and Mrs Smith (£500 value), Today Tix vouchers (£80 value per pair), Youngs pub vouchers (£20 value), HiJingo vouchers for 2 (£40 value per pair), Junkyard Golf vouchers for 2 (£26 value per pair), Dinner at BAO for 2 (£100 value), Grind vouchers (£10 value per voucher). The prize(s) will change at random every day. The use of specific brands as prizes by all promoters does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.Yonder's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winners will be chosen on a first-come-first-served basis each day that it rains over Yonder HQ and notified via the email address provided upon entry.Yonder will send one email to each winner with the prize enclosed.Yonder takes no responsibility if the winner does not use the voucher within the individual activation period of each voucher/prize.
Delivery of the Prize
Yonder will deliver the prize to each winner within 48 hours of receiving communication of their win. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Yonder for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes.Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.The personal details of each winner will not be released by Yonder.
Limitation of Liability
Yonder accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Yonder reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
